Just Amazing

We're home - in Cape Town that is. After an absolute amazing holiday in Europe we have now finally found our way back here. The plans for the next few weeks are relaxation in and around CT - and then of course the usual visitors from overseas.

Aerten is having his first midday sleep in his own cot! And the amazing blankie is a home made goodie from the lovely Vernicus! When I first opened the pressie I was amazed by the lovely pillow case she had crocheted for Aerten however my curiosity got the better of me and I had to have a look inside to find out what it was stuffed with - only to find that the pillowcase was a custom made bag for the amazing blankie! Thank you so much Vernicus.

Self feeding 2

Aerten might not be able to sit up or move around like all of his little mothers group friends but he can feed himself! Probably a good indication of his priorities in life. At least his ever supportive auntie Kate was very impressed.
